We are pleased to announce that the 9th International Conference on the Structure of Hungarian (ICSH9) will be held in Debrecen, Hungary from 30 August to 1 September 2009.

The Conference is organized jointly by the Department of English Linguistics of the University of Debrecen, the Department of General and Applied Linguistics of the University of Debrecen, the Research Institute for Linguistics of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, the Linguistic Work Committee of the Debrecen Regional Committee of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and the Hungarian Society for the Study of English.

The talks at the conference will contribute to our understanding of the structure of language and the structure of linguistic theory, drawing on different aspects of the morphology, phonetics, phonology, syntax, semantics, psycholinguistics and neurolinguistics of Hungarian.
